S.I.V.:

I’m a composer/producer from Bogotá, Colombia, currently based in Toronto, Canada. I’ve been working with music for almost 15 years. I did my undergrad in music education with a minor in conducting. After working as a freelance for a while I got a Master’s degree in Music Production, Innovation and Technology at Berklee College of Music.

Throughout my career I’ve had the opportunity of touring around the world with my project MAD TREE, recording, producing and arranging music for several international artists, as well as composing music for audiovisual and advertising content.

I’m passionate about music and the fact that it can make people from different backgrounds, ideologies and cultures come together to celebrate life. I think cooperation and co-creation are important tools for self-knowledge, that’s why, for me art is an alternative therapy to heal the mind and the soul.
